• No minimum quantity purchase required on most products
• State sales tax form submitted before order is processed
• No returns or refund on custom or personalized merchandise
• Shipping charges will be added to each invoice
• We can only accept at the time order is placed
• Most orders shipped within 5 days if not sooner
