Our goal is to work with you as if we are a partner in your business. We are not going to recommend any large quantity purchase until the product has been proven with actual sales.
Once you get the account set-up and ready to make purchases, we will take the time to understand your business and your market. With your guidance and input we will create products just for you and designs unique to you. It is a process that takes time. The more we understand about each other the more effective we will be.
We don't normally charge for any artwork, setup charges, or design time. There may be occasions that we want to create a certain product that may require those charges. These types of purchases are what we try to avoid because it goes back to the old way of buying. If we do choose that is the right path we will already have good information that is guiding us. Less risk!
We only have a minimum purchase of $250 of any products available. On coffee mugs we require a 12 piece order of any combination of design. This is to allow a more cost effective way of shipping.
This minimum purchase will allow small quantities of each product to begin the process of determining what will sell. We are confident the $250 minimum order will never be an issue. You will buy more only because you will sell more
